Outdoor Life Magazine Cover Art

Founded in 1898, Outdoor Life was originally a magazine of western adventure.  Including hunting and fishing tips, fiction and photography; it was the definitive sportsmen publication.  During it's first few decades in print, the editor-in-chief commissioned illustrations for most of it's covers.  These works of art provide an glimpse into the history of menswear and reflect the curious spirit of the magazine's orgin.
