Oil Still-lifes by Julian Meagher

Julian Meagher left his career as a Medical Doctor to pursue his passion of painting full time. During his early twenties, he trained in traditional oil portraiture in Florence, Italy. In his style, these classic techniques are somewhat reflected. He applies various layers of thin glazes over many sittings, achieving a unique, watercolour-like effect.
