Online Orders
All Canadian orders for regular priced apparel and accessories may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, pending approval.
Please e-mail us with your name and order number. Returned items must include original tags or packaging and be in good, sellable condition. Any costs associated with mail order returns are that of the sender. We suggest bringing your item(s) to our store, if possible, for a free and easy return.
Returns that are not dispatched within 5 business days of authorization or are received damaged are subject to a restocking fee. Any additional postage incurred as a result of an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns.
If an order that shipped for free, is subsequently returned in full, the refund will be processed less the original cost of shipping.
Currently we are unable to accomodate International exchanges or refunds.
Orders that are cancelled before dispatch or pick-up will be refunded less any associated processing fees.
Discount codes or coupons cannot be retroactively applied and must be used by the customer at the time of check-out.
In-Store Purchases
Regular priced apparel and accessories may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit within 7 days. Again, items must include original tags or packaging and be in sellable condition. Sorry, no refunds.
Final Sale Items
Vintage clothing, masks, underwear, swimwear, socks, fragrance, ornaments, publications, greeting cards and sale/reduced items are absolutely final sale, no returns or exchanges. This includes orders made with discount codes and promotional sales (i.e. Boxing Day).
