Online orders for regular priced apparel and accessories may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, pending approval. Call us at 1-416-532-3662 or e-mail us with your name and order number. Please note, returned items must include original tags or packaging and be in good, sellable condition.
In-store purchases for regular priced apparel and accessories may be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit within 7 days. Again, items must include original tags or packaging and be in sellable condition. Sorry, no refunds.
Vintage, sale items, masks, underwear, socks, fragrance, ornaments and publications are absolutely final sale. This includes orders made with discount codes and promotional sales (i.e. Boxing Day).
In-store or curb side service is the free and easiest way to return items. Any costs associated with mail order returns are that of the sender.
All mail orders are sent via Canada Post. Rates are calculated with the Canada Post shipping calculator at checkout. Canadian orders over $100 (before tax) ship free. Handling time may vary but orders typically go out same or next day, during our business hours.
Customs or duties may be applicable to certain orders. Due to the global pandemic, some shipments may take a bit longer to reach their destination.
Once it's out of our hands, we are not responsible for delayed or lost orders.
Express delivery with our courier service currently goes out daily, during business hours. Select the option at checkout.
Lead time is usually about 1 day for zone 1 and 2 (central Toronto). The greater Toronto area and other parts of Ontario (zone 3 and 4) is about 2-3 days.
To ensure prompt delivery, express orders need to be placed by 3pm daily. Orders placed after that will be shipped the following operating day.
Online we accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. In-store and curb side, we also accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, as well as debit and cash.
Online orders shipped within Canada will be charged HST.
Gift cards purchased online can be redeemed both online or in-store. Unfortunately, gift cards purchased in-store cannot be used online. Currently, if you wish to use an in-store gift card, we would be happy to help you during curb side hours.
Our in-store loyalty program gives our customers $1 of store credit for every $20 spent. Please ask us about it during your next curb side purchase. This is an in-store promotion only and is not redeemable online.
Most of our stock in-store is also available online. Inventory availability is the same across both channels.
Despite our best efforts of maintaining correct inventory, sometimes discrepancies may happen in our system. If an item is purchased that is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately with either an alternate or refund option.
