Before making your purchase, please take the time to review our policies and terms of service. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to checking out. 


I. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All of our products are listed in Canadian dollars. Residents of Canada will have 13% HST added to their orders. U.S. and International orders will not include HST but are responsible for any import fees or local sales tax, if applicable. 

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal for our methods of payment.

II. PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT

We typically process and ship all orders in 1-2 business days. If for some reason this changes, we will notify you immediately.

We ship all items Xpresspost with Canada Post. Delivery times will vary by location and time of year, but we find most orders are received in 2 weeks or less. Use the tracking number we provide you to keep tabs on your package.

III. RETURNS

We will gladly exchange or refund you for products that do not meet your satisfaction. Please notify us and ship back your purchase within 10 days of receipt. Items that exceed the 10 days or that have been visibly worn or tampered with, may not be accepted back. To make sure we receive your return, please use a traceable and insurable mailing service. We are not responsible for shipping costs for returns.

IV. MEASUREMENTS

To ensure your desired fit, please note the measurements on a piece of clothing you already own and compare. Feel free to contact us if you need additional measurements on a garment.
